I’m the sales operations and implementation manager of Uassist.ME, a business services company. We provide bilingual virtual assistants and configurable BPO solutions, offering administrative, customer support, and contact center services to help businesses scale efficiently with nearshore teams based in Latin America.

What challenge were you trying to address with DooDigital Agency?

We needed help with SEO based on our service offer for our different lines of business. We wanted to be recognized as a specialized BPO provider and not only as a virtual assistant provider. This included our website content, social media, and mentions.

DooDigital Agency has presented a comprehensive growth plan covering multiple channels, including SEO, paid media, content, and outbound. The engagement's first major priority has become a full website migration. The team has moved our site from Webflow to Next.js and integrated it with a Sanity CMS to give us a more scalable and manageable content foundation.Moreover, DooDigital Agency has created a social media strategy for Meta, LinkedIn, and X. The team also performs SEO audits and social listening reports.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most tangible outcomes so far have been on the execution side. The website migration has been delivered on schedule and without disruption to our live site. DooDigital Agency has also completed on-page SEO improvements across existing and new pages. Moreover, a reporting portal is live and tracking social media performance and campaign data.In terms of content, our social media presence has become more consistent, although it still doesn't reflect improvement in engagement.

How did DooDigital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

DooDigital Agency has delivered on time and within the scope. The team maintains great communication and informs us in advance if there's a deadline at risk. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DooDigital Agency excels on the execution side. They're very passionate about their work and committed to helping their clients. The team has been able to capture our business's identity and differentiators and reflect that on the new website and social media strategy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

A few areas stand out. First, their initial proposal was ambitious in scope — covering SEO, content, outbound, email marketing, and paid media — but the engagement has ended up concentrating heavily on the website migration. That shift has meant several planned workstreams haven't progressed at the pace originally committed to.Second, the website migration itself was scoped and pitched as a relatively straightforward project, which influenced the original pricing. In practice, it has proven significantly more complex, requiring a mid-project invoice adjustment to reflect the actual scope of work. When the project concluded, the handoff made clear the technical complexity that had been underestimated upfront. Better discovery and more conservative scoping at the proposal stage would have set more accurate expectations on both timeline and cost.That said, the quality of the technical work itself has been good — the issue has been in how the project was initially sized and sold, not in how it was executed once underway.
