Overall, 2na8 was involved in the development of the fron-end for the following project: GrantShares. GrantShares is a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) that provides support through grants to the Web3 community. The key deliverables were: a) MVP (version 1.0); b) Product enhancements, including new features & bug fixes; and c) maintenance of the product until hand-over.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The product (GrantShares) is in production
• The product is being used and only few bugs are reported
• The front-end demonstrated to be globally reachable with a good performance
• Features were implemented in an intuitive manner (according to UX/UI design specifications)
• Project was delivered in a timely manner, mutually agreed

The team was always responsive and the communication was always super clear. It's clear that the team has a remote-first culture of doing things, which was suitable and helpful for globally distributed teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Quality of their work when it comes to front-end engineering. Moreover, an open and direct communication was key for the project success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dois na Oito could have done differently?

Depending on the project, 2na8 has the policy to expose a single person to the customer, not the team. This can be good and bad, at the same time, depending on how the project is organized. AxLabs didn't have a problem with this, but it might not be desirable in certain situations.

In a truly agile development process, we started off with a very first prototype , moved to an MVP and from then on enhanced the application along the product vision and the feedback of customers. Dois na Oito proved to be a partner in thinking alongside in translating new features into development tasks
