Our previous vendor didn't work well on the website. Designs were outdated and website was not functional at all. Now after reaching out to DMABS, they solved our problems and delivered the quality website to us.

How did you select DMABS and what were the deciding factors?

We came to know about DMABS through reference. We decided to go with them because of their expertise in the industry, they are working.

Scope of work was simple. We wanted such an website where customers can view the loans related services on the website and able to make enquiry from there.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have closely worked with Mr. Sarvesh who was the Sales and Customer Success Manager and I also worked with Mr. Dinesh who was my Project Manager there.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Visual appearance of the website was fantastic. Website was fully functional and working which was never before.

We hire DMABS for developing our Multivendor e-commerce website on the WordPress platform. Our goal is to build a platform where the customer will able to purchase a product and pay online using an online payment gateway.

We found DMABS by one of my friends. We are looking for well-qualified developers who can deliver quality work in a timely fashion. They offered me a cost effective service which was competitive in the market.

We hire DMABS for developing our E-commerce platform, in which we required a multi vendor website. They were following waterfall model for the project. They have divided the project into sprints. Technologies were used WordPress (Woocommerce).

We were communicdat5ing with their Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, Tester, and Team lead. I had weekly calls with the project manager and customer success manager. They used to give me proper updates of the project and share weekly reports with me.

They built my website fantastic and also provide maintenance support for 30 days. The website was user friendly and easy to use for the customers.

I would say that project management was awesome, communication was exceptionally well in the market as they have a customer success manager for this job and they delivered the project before the deadline.

They don't only believe in the delivery of the product, but they also believe in customer satisfaction which is rare in the market.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't think so. They are doing good and I wish them more success in the future.
