I’m the CEO of a streaming platform that provides people with entertainment and content for them to watch and review.

What challenge were you trying to address with DivineTechs?

We were looking to have an app built and customized.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We purchased their Android app template that provides a streaming service platform. They made several customizations on the app, including rebranding and logo redesign. They hosted it on Google Play Store, as well.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three people.

How did you come to work with DivineTechs?

I found them through a marketplace called Code Canyon. I really liked that their innovative solutions and that they accepted African currencies.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $600–$700.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2020 to October 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t gone live yet in the Play Store. Their quality of work and customer service is excellent. There were a few issues we found when they gave us the product, which they fixed quickly. They gave us exactly what we asked for, in each phase of the project.

How did DivineTechs perform from a project management standpoint?

They let us know if any changes needed to be made to the timeline, but have always delivered on time. Despite the huge time difference, they responded very quickly to our emails. Everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work equals that of a much larger team. They know what they’re doing and acted with integrity. They are the best team I have experienced.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could offer alternate forms of communication, such as Skype or WhatsApp; it would be more convenient than just email.
