What was the scope of their involvement?

Divaaco developed a full-stack web application for near real-time insights into Observidata. The app enables users to create custom SSR reports with drag-and-drop functionality. The team also provided up to five pre-built report templates and comparison filters.The main deliverables included a fully functional web application with RRD file processing and visualization, source code (hosted on GitHub), API documentation for data retrieval, deployment scripts and environment configurations, and a user manual and troubleshooting guide.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The system successfully processes RRD files every 15 minutes without failures or significant delays. Metrics are correctly extracted from RRD files and securely stored in PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity. All API endpoints respond efficiently, providing accurate and up-to-date metrics for visualization without excessive latency.Moreover, the web interface successfully displays interactive charts and reports, allowing users to analyze data effectively. The system remains operational and performant under expected workloads, with no major stability issues during deployment. Overall, the app offers more interactive graphs and easy access, making it less time-consuming.

How did Divaaco perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
