I'm one of the partners at an online grocery provider. We partner with local stores to sell their products on our site, and our dispatch team then delivers these goods to the customer's doorstep.

What challenge were you trying to address with DignitySoft?

We needed their team to update our existing e-commerce site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our existing website had an outdated theme and functionalities, so we thought of upgrading its UX by making it more appropriate to our professional services. DignitySoft refurbished our platform and rebuilt it on Shopify to focus on the core of our business, which was e-commerce. Apart from generating software and site navigation solutions, their team helped us organize our product and pricing information and design our site content.

We worked with DignitySoft's account and project managers and two web developers.

How did you come to work with DignitySoft?

They were referred to us by my friend's cousin, who previously had their website developed by DignitySoft's team. We then contacted their team and onboarded them after a successful negotiation.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $2000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project ran from October–December 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DignitySoft transformed our site into a responsive and sophisticated platform, which ultimately led to increased site traffic. Our users were specifically impressed with the site's professional look and its faultless content and functionalities, which weren't available on our outdated website.

How did DignitySoft perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via regular phone calls and had an Excel spreadsheet to monitor their progress. DignitySoft was a professional and hardworking team — they knew what they were doing, and more importantly, they got the work done.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DignitySoft had top-notch leadership skills — they weren't simply there to say 'yes' to our requests, but they challenged us by bringing insightful and innovative ideas to the table. We had a productive and meaningful collaboration because of their unique approach.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My only advice is for them to rely more on project management tools like scrum and Kanban to streamline their operations and transparency.

Be prepared with the high-level site content that you want to be featured on your platform — you'll be ready to face business partners and secure more engagement with a professional website and convincing content
