The project consisted in the development of an app so that all users can order at home and pick up in the businesses of the different categories:

• Restaurants
• Shops
• Markets
• Pharmacies
• Breakfasts

On the other hand, the development of a control panel, MASTER and another for each of the businesses that are part of the App. Each of them can access and manage their virtual store in real time. Payment integrations (Stripe) and integrations of logistics companies were also carried out, to make shipment traceability possible.

• Number of orders: 600

Eleven Lab is an innovation lab working with startups. Amonst other things, we develop MVPs. My role is the Founder and CEO of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire DigizoneLabs, and what were your goals?

We hired DigizoneLabs for the development of a startup MVP. Startup grown and raised in the lab. Our main goal was to test the alliance between the 3 companies (us, the startup and Digizonelabs) and also to develop the project on time with a restrained budget.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

DigizoneLabs got to us and we were in the right moment of looking for real partners in the area they are experts on. The deciding factors were personal feeling and also a lot of flexibility on their side to get to the mail goal.

The main deliverable was the platform itself and its launch on the market. Digizonelabs were responsible for the front, back, hosting and mainteinance of the platform.

The work was conceived beautifully as a team

In this case we´ve provided with the communication tools and the project management part.

We were very impressed by their flexibility — that´s what any company needs, no matter the size.

Maybe the management itself. That they were more owners of the project and less tech providers.

Due to the complexity and demand at times of the project, it could not always be delivered on time, but that never allowed the quality of the work and the involvement to be very high on the part of the team.

In my opinion, the organization and planning of times at the level of meetings and calls should be improved so as not to hinder the processes and work of the team. Clear weekly windows of conversation could be enabled to clarify and advance aspects.
