Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a construction company.
What challenge were you trying to address with DIGIWEB DEVELOPERS?
I needed someone to create a website for me. No matter how good we are, no one hears about us if we don’t have an online presence.
What was the scope of their involvement?
DIGIWEB DEVELOPERS designed and developed my website. Visitors can go onto my site, view my blog, and see what I’m doing. Through that, people can connect with me for a job.
How did you come to work with DIGIWEB DEVELOPERS?
They’re located very close to me. Whenever I went out, I’d see their company. I went into their office and told them what I wanted to achieve. They said they could handle it for me. We negotiated on the price. I had also looked on Instagram and met a provider there too but their price was very high. Ultimately, I decided to go with DIGIWEB DEVELOPERS.

We’ve invested less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

All my clients are happy with the site. Over 10 people have contacted me for a job. DIGIWEB DEVELOPERS’ work is perfect. I have colleagues who want to work with them because of the work they did for me. They’re a very intelligent company and programmed everything according to how we think.

Whenever I call them, they’re available. Communication has been effective.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very calm and understandable. Their team gives the best that they have. No matter how many times I want something changed, they never complain. DIGIWEB DEVELOPERS is there to listen to me and give me what I want. They do everything for me politely.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’ve noticed one or two things that I spoke to them about. When we want to post a picture, they need to work on the picture to make sure it looks good when posted. It needs to be clear to the client so they can capture it correctly. I told them to work on those things to make them more perfect.
The partner is happy with the website, and their client acquisition has increased as a result. DIGIWEB DEVELOPERS makes themselves available and maintains excellent communication. They're understanding, patient, and willing to make any change requests. Responsiveness is a hallmark of their work.
