Our website and mobile app were developed seamlessly, meeting all our requirements and surpassing our expectations in terms of functionality, design, and user experience. Additionally, our app's performance metrics, such as download numbers and user retention rates, demonstrated a clear positive impact on our business goals. Yes, here i must say that the project management was quite good even beyond expectations, we have almost got the deliverables on or before time and there were two or more then project managers were assigned to answer on our queries and other timelines related things.

While their team is currently available during late hours, as a client, I would recommend considering the initiation of a night shift. Having support available 24*7 would be immensely beneficial for our online business, as there are instances where assistance may be required after 12 am.

They have assigned a dedicated project manager on my project and given updates on almost weekly basis along with the demonstration, due to which I’m very happy with their way of working. Their project manager was quite knowledgeable and always suggested better way to keep my requirements simple so that our customers can use app without any hassle.

They should tell the client about their all the services in advance as I have developed my app with them and I was not aware that they have expertise in digital marketing as well. When I finalized another vendor for digital marketing, I came to know that they also offer digital marketing. If I had any idea about it, I would definitely go with them for Digital marketing services too.
