I am the founder and trainer for a fitness company offering Personal Training and Assisted Stretching services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Digitla was recommended to me. I chose their services because of the high quality designs and collaborative approach.

I reached out to Digitla for help updating a website design that I had began creating myself using Wix. In my initial meeting with the company, we discussed my company, the customer journey, the site's fuctionality needs and my vision for the design. Arley from Digitla, who I worked with closely, was extremely attentive and an excellent listener; it was evident he left the conversation with a clear understanding of what I was looking for. 

The following phases of the project consisted of research and development; getting to know more about my aesthetic and design preferences and bringing that to life in the form of wireframes before finally executing the design of the site. After about two rounds of edits and feedback, we reached the completion of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since completion of the project, we've received several new bookings and inquiries from customers who have found our site on Google. Thanks to Digitla, our customers now have an inviting, well-designed virtual space through which they can get to know our company, book sessions, and contact us with inquiries.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. Communication was prompt, the team was open to collaboration, and the outcome was timely and of high quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed by this company's ability to listen, understand, and create a product that provided the solution to my needs.

I’m the COO of Faveo, a digital staffing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digitla?

We were developing our website and a platform for our business model, and we needed help with their designs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digitla has helped us with UI/UX design for our website and platform. During this process, they’ve been in charge of user research to define the user personas. Additionally, they’ve made a couple of recommendations along the way to create the best UX for our platform. They’ve used Figma to create the designs.

What is the team composition?

I only work with one person from Digitla.

How did you come to work with Digitla?

We found them through a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Digitla’s UI/UX designs have helped us improve our website and platform, achieving excellent results in all areas of our business.

How did Digitla perform from a project management standpoint?

Digitla has mostly been good at meeting deadlines and staying within budget, although they’ve sometimes been above target. We communicate via Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Digitla’s design work is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they were more creative with their work by adding more people to their team with different creative minds.

We are s group of young engineers looking to implement the latest and greatest in Web or mobile applications development. Our company is very young. Starting out we faced many challenges and uncertainties. One of them was the company image and identity. This is where Digitla came into the picture. We wanted a fresh image for the company. Something sober that at the same time took in count our culture as a company based in the caribbean coast of Colombia.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Having worked with Charly (my partner and owner of the company) for many years in the past, choosing them was a no brainer. However something that was very important to us was his experience with foreign clients. This meant that Digitla knows how important a company's image is when targeting US based clients.

The process was very straight forward and seamless. We scheduled a couple of meetings where we would discuss our the goal we wanted to achieve with our rebranding and left Digitla run free with their creativity.

Arley the CEO was our main contact. His relationship with the company go back a good number of years.

Ever since we received the finished product, our company has increased its presence on social media platforms. We're looking to multiply the rebranding impact once our website is live.

Everything was completed on time. Whenever there was anything to be discussed, we exchanged emails or communicated through video chat.

Arley's experience as a designer is something that played a big part in choosing Digitla. His work is exceptionally clean and professional.
