Though our server structure and the APIs were already designed, Digital Unicorn worked on the enterprise requirements and the look and feel of our application, which later became available for download on both the iPhone and other devices. After working with their business analysts Martin and project manager- Sebastien, on defining the overall look of the app, their designers created mockups. Our team assisted in writing cases that we were trying to support and they provided development and QA.
This application provides various functionalities to the users that asre otherwise not found in other conventional clouds storage systems such as giving them the opportunity of storing and categorizing pictures as well as videos more creatively. After making these collections, users can disseminate their content via means other than the app itself. Digital Unicorn contributed to introducing technology on the application which allowed for playing videos as well as providing support in developing a computer version of the app for PC and Mac.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We find it difficult to measure but the resulting product worked well for us. The product has one of the Lowest defect rates and can respond to new requirements rapidly. for example, one of the newest areas of focus is the importance of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They function according to a particular model, as opposed to being like a development firm; they require that their project manager be assigned a certain amount of hour for quality assurance QA as well as for developments purposes.
In our largest agreement with them, multiple people undertook project management roles enabling everything to run smoothly. Additionally, we were able to reach the developers by way of our management tools as well as by conference calls held quite frequently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have the capability to carry out business analysis and design unlike any typical development shop. I like how adoptable they are when we needed them to adapt to various aspects of development or the technologies we required, they were able to do so. Because they cater to our requirements flexibly and are able to drop projects when needed, they are able to keep with us as we grow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Unicorn could have done differently?

For me it's no.  They do great work and I would love see their team grow. I wish we could clone them.

In my opinion- the success has been based on the ability of the team to develop and help me Address real life Challaenges faced by People Via technology. they are fantastic and transparent and consult on everything at all levels in terms of problem solving.

Lucas is an exceptional fellow and has been so helpful in making concepts clear to me a non-technical founder. he has a talent for creating solutions and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.. We’re very happy with their services. Although the project hasn’t been launched yet, they’ve already completed the UI/UX design and other tasks.
