I'm a marketing director at a notary company. We’re a mobile and online notary service, and we provide fingerprinting services as well.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital SuperCat®?

We were a new company and needed to create our branding strategy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital SuperCat® has created our company’s branding. Initially, Digital SuperCat® asked me several specific questions about our brand. With our answers, Digital SuperCat® came up with our color scheme and design. They’ve designed our company’s logo, gave us five options to choose from, and explained the reasoning behind their design. Digital SuperCat® has created our complete brand identity, including color schemes, brand fonts, and branding guidelines. 

After this, Digital SuperCat® has designed and developed our website using WordPress. Digital SuperCat® has assisted us with our domain registration too and integrated our OneHQ CRM system. The CRM system performs several functions, including texting our customers, scheduling appointments, and managing our sales funnels. Digital SuperCat® has helped us automate all these tasks through the CRM system. 

Moreover, Digital SuperCat® also manages our SEO strategy and will manage our social media. They’re also working on a PPC campaign, which will include paid media on billboards and Google Ads. 

What is the team composition?

Johnny (Founder & CEO) and Erick (Creative Solutions Manager) have been my main points of contact, and I’ve also worked with other teammates from Digital SuperCat®.

How did you come to work with Digital SuperCat®?

I searched for digital marketing agencies in our city, and Digital SuperCat® came up. I found their Clutch profile and looked at their Google listings since they have multiple locations. I called Digital SuperCat®, and after talking with them, I found they were the right fit for us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $68,000 with Digital SuperCat® so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re a new company that just started business in December 2022. Since we started working with Digital SuperCat®, our revenue has kept growing each month, and our company’s owner is really happy. We now need to hire more notaries because we’ve received many work requests. 

Moreover, we’ve received positive feedback about branding and website. We’ve received web traffic, and users are scheduling appointments through our page. Digital SuperCat® has been phenomenal with us and provided quick results. 

How did Digital SuperCat® perform from a project management standpoint?

Digital SuperCat® meets deadlines and stays on budget. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Digital SuperCat®’s service. They’re serious about making small businesses look like larger companies, and I see that with our website and how it has evolved. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing Digital SuperCat® could improve is that they over-communicate. I sometimes get overwhelmed by Digital SuperCat®’s project manager because I don’t need to know every detail about our project. I know Digital SuperCat® wants to be transparent, but that much transparency can be too much for me because I can even see when they’re getting behind on a task. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You need to have a clear idea about what you want before working with Digital SuperCat® because they move fast. We had a hard time with our logo because we didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted.
