What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Pulse has delivered a complete digital growth framework for our company, including brand positioning, website design and development, lead-generation funnels, SEO setup, Meta ads campaigns, and ongoing content strategy tailored to the construction and outdoor living industry.

Digital Pulse is responsible for the full digital execution of our online presence, including brand messaging, website structure, UX design, all on-site content, and the complete build in Oxygen Builder. The team has also created all paid media assets (ad creatives, copy, and targeting setups), configured Meta ads campaigns from scratch, implemented tracking (Pixel, events, and analytics), and developed lead-generation automations, follow-up flows, and CRM structure.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen clear measurable improvements after working with Digital Pulse, including a 57% increase in qualified leads within the first 60 days, a 34% reduction in cost per lead on Meta ads, and a 2.3× improvement in website conversion rate due to the new structure, clarity of messaging, and better-quality traffic. Our organic visibility has also improved, with a noticeable rise in branded searches and inbound project inquiries. We track the increase in qualified leads through a dedicated CRM and automation setup implemented by Digital Pulse.

All inquiries are funneled into GoHighLevel (GHL), where each lead is tagged, scored, and categorized based on project type, budget, and timeline. Because tracking is integrated with Meta Pixel and custom events, we’re able to match lead quality with campaign sources and compare pre- and post-project performance with accuracy.

For this project, a “qualified lead” is defined using a clear set of criteria inside the CRM: the person has to submit a complete project inquiry (location, structure type, and timeline), indicate a realistic budget range, and request either a quote or a technical consultation. Leads that meet these criteria and are reachable during follow-up are marked as qualified.

How did Digital Pulse perform from a project management standpoint?

Digital Pulse’s project management is structured, transparent, and easy to follow. The team provides a clear timeline from the start, shares progress through weekly updates, and handles all tasks inside a shared ClickUp workspace. All major deliverables — website, ad setup, tracking, and content — are delivered on time, and in a few cases, even earlier than planned. We communicate with Digital Pulse through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses me most about Digital Pulse is their ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The team doesn’t just deliver what we ask for — they anticipate gaps, propose smarter alternatives, and explain every decision clearly. Digital Pulse’s mix of technical expertise, fast implementation, and genuine interest in understanding our business makes the collaboration feel more like working with an in-house growth team than an external agency.

Everything from the website to the ad creatives was delivered with precision, clarity, and a strong understanding of our industry. I’m fully satisfied with the collaboration.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only area where Digital Pulse could improve is providing more alternative design options during the early stages of the website build. Their work is solid, but having a few more visual variations to choose from would speed up the decision-making process. That said, once we share feedback, they adapt quickly and implement revisions without delays.
