I'm the marketing manager of a beach resort.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Echoes?

We were looking for a company to do PR and online marketing for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They handled different types of digital marketing, such as Google My Business, online ads, and social media. They also created posts for our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, and developed a social media strategy. In addition, they built our brand identity and helped us bring famous people to our events.

How did you come to work with them?

They reached out to us and we had a phone conversation. After we talked to them, we decided to hire them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $20,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2017 and the project was completed in October 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had zero followers on social media, but we ended our season with 30,000 followers. Also, we had about 50–80 calls per week generated by the online ads.

How did they perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very professional. We had daily phone calls and stayed in touch via email. In addition, they gave us monthly reports, which showed the progress we were making.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They do an amazing job with everything they work on. They also created a brand and a logo for our restaurant. It's a small outlet, but they made everything look great. Besides, they're very friendly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They know what they're doing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They will deliver excellent results. Their prices are on the higher end, but they’re worth it.
