I’m the co-founder and CEO, our company aims the starting relation partnerships with IT teams and individual developers high level for staffing our clients projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Dom?

We were working on migrating on premise architecture to cloud for a bank and needed expertise and additional resources to complete the migration.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

Digital Dom had the right expertise with moving complex and highly regul;ated systems to cloud in a transitional way. It was hard to find someone with that expertise.

A considerale amount of time was spent in planning and testing, were we cloned databases to a test cluster. After ironing out all issues and bugs that we foresaw, we moved on to the staging and production where each module was migrated at one time. This was a big undertaking were we, the client and Digital Dom played a very active role in.

We found LinkedIn through a referral. After numeourous meetings, we knew that they were right technically and started the project with a few senior guys.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We have managed to migrate a total of 15 modules to cloud in a compliant way without causing issues in production.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was very effective. We we communicated and collaborated pretty much througout the project daily. We used jira and confluence to help us manage the workload and divide between 2 teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Technically, these guys are very strong. For any fintech architecture, cloud, or tech compliance questions, they are our go-to people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We used different communication tools to DigitalDom at first but soon aligned.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Dom, and what were your goals?

We were building a B2B platform. This was based on custom tech stack which was difficult to find in the market. The project was delayed and we needed someone that could embed with our agile ways of working and get up to speed fast. Digital Dom was that company that helped us pick up where we left off and finish the project together with us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Digital Dom analyzed our old platform and came up with many factors we didn’t think of before. They knew what they were doing and we really liked their agile ways of working. Everything suited us.

The client had just invested in a new B2B platform. After launch, we realized something wasn’t working. We initially brought Digital Dom in to analyze what has gone wrong ie why customers were still on the phone rather than using the system. They did a thorough analysis and concluded that the issue was in the login and registration plus a massive pricing issue. Also, the platform we choose wasn't compatible with the ERP system. We decided to go for a custom build solution and Digital Dom built for us an MVP which we launched. All new features were iteratively built.

We initially brought one of their consultants to work with us to analyze the platform. Based on their skills and ability to identify and solve issues quickly we decided to stay with Digital Dom and build out a new fully-fledged solution.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Customer engagement went from 1% to 15% and raising every month. More and more customers are using the platform and we have maintained the iterative approach to development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were amazed by their ability to find issues, analyze them, and come up with an alternative. Very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We should've done a better job finding the right solution from the start. That could've saved us some money. Nothing to do with Digital Dom.

We needed additional resources to complete a front-end solution that was built on React.js + Typescript and GrapghQL project and Digital Dom was able to help us very quickly.

Digital Dom was quick to reply and source the required people we needed for the project. They were very competitive on price, so this was a no brainer

We knew what we wanted but didn't know how to build it. Digital Dom came in and drew up architecture, broke this down into stories, and phases, helped us complete UX/UI designs, and then start development very quickly.

DigitalDom reached out to us on LinkedIn. After a consultation, we decided to start small and start designing the solution. As we gained confidence we brought further developers onto the project.

We have managed to achieve much more than envisioned with our engagement with Digital Dom. There was no need to hire another company.

Digital Dom is all about scaling agile and new ways of working. They really know how to do this well.

When they say they are AGILE, they are truly AGILE, with their unique ways and thinking.

There were time differences that we first had to get used to, but this was resolved fairly quickly.

We were looking for an agency with expertise in Ecommerce. Digital Dom had b2b and b2c experience with various custom platforms. They were right for the job from the get go.

Our procurement dept found DigitalDom and invited it over for a pitch. They came prepared and after a few rounds of meetings, we decided to go with them.

We saw an increase in conversion on the site from .2% to .7% within the first 3 months of launch.

Their onboarding process was straightforward, which was impressive in the workflow. We used tools like jira, confluence, and slack to communicate. This was really good

Their practices on continuous development and integration. Very good standards.

We spent a few meetings going over the basics of the business. Perhaps this could've been done upfront.

We were initially looking for a UX/UI company to help us to build an MVP and then apply for funding. Digital Dom came in an helped us not only with the UX/UI wireframes, but with the whole pitch including a roadmap, stories in jira, broken down in phases and costs that we then succesfully pitched to investors.

How did you select Digital Dom?

They had a different approach and looked at designs from hypothesis point of view. No assumptions were made and majority of ideas where tested with real customers. This was very different. Moreover, their project delivery expertise of knowing how to feed work into development really stood out.

What we asked for was UX/UI designs what Digital Dom gave us a pitch deck with everything from architecture to tasks, roadmap and a breakdown of all phases AND UX/UI designs. These guys think outside the box.
