Our company is a real estate investment fund that buys and manages apartments and mobile home parks around the US. I am the brand and business manager and oversaw the redesign and development of our website.

We had a new website designed by an outside agency however we did not have a developer lined up. We wanted someone that could implement the design and make adjustments to the design as needed.

Digital Champ was a recommended partner by the design agency and reached out to us via email. After speaking to a few different developers, we moved forward with Digital Champ due to his quick communication, fair price, quick projected timeline, and professional presentation.

We sent Digital Champ all design files for 5 web pages. He would handle the development of the new site on Wordpress, ensure the pages were optimized for mobile and SEO friendly. We made a 50% deposit of the project cost up front. After the website was delivered, we made the second half of the payment as he worked through additional edits and changes that we requested. Communication was done primarily through email and WhatsApp with deliverables sent via email.

I worked directly with Faizan who answered all questions and directly handled the development of the new website. He also handled some edits to the existing design as well as designed several new web pages referencing the design files sent to him for the current web pages.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Site is currently still under development but Faizan continues to work quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price. The current deliverable is exactly as the original design files portrayed.

They worked independently and welcomed involvement but did not require it. He works quickly and delivered a great product without "hand holding".

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Quick turnaround at a fair price with the ability to design new pages, develop existing designs, and make any edits needed.

We had an online conversation to agree on the scope of the project. The first phase consisted of developing the design for the website. The second stage involved developing a WordPress website. The third stage involved optimizing the website for desktop and mobile phones.

After launching the website we have achieved the goal of having an online presence. We have had good reviews from the people who have visited the website which is important for us as we create a world-class brand.

We communicated through email and sometimes Whatsapp when we needed to provide quick feedback. The Project Lead was keen on hitting the milestones on time. He was very professional in executing feedback.

Digital Champ is customer-centric and they outdid themselves to make us, the client, content. Communication was easy and respectful. We have not worked with such a patient and gifted web designer before.

I would wish for a defined window to make corrections after launching the website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The client was very pleased the final website with minimal changes/updates. They were most impressed with the speed of delivery and the enhanced look and feel of the website in comparison to the original design mockup.

We used email and Skype to communicate with Digital Champ, in which they were very responsive to our ongoing needs.

Digital Champ exceeded our expectations by delivering the initial website within 5 days of the project start date, and making additional changes over the next 3 days.

Digital Champ demonstrated incredible professionalism and kindness throughout the development process. They were proactive in reaching out to us and very responsive throughout our communication.

I was most impressed with the speed and accuracy of the service delivery.

My only feedback would have been for Digital Champ to use a video/image gallery plugin that matched the sleek design of the website.

The website looks great, and as a result our marketing has improved. It is a far more sleek and professional looking site than what we had before. Although not enough time has passed to have specific accurate metrics, we feel that our marketing has improved significantly.

The managment was fairly easy. Faizan contacted us, we sent him the design, and he got the job done. If we saw something that we needed changed, he was very quick to respond and make the change needed.

We had a few goals. We needed the website to look slick and be built well in a short period of time. We needed it to be responsive and load quickly without the use of bloating packages.Additionally we were looking for a company we could trust and potentially collaborate with again in the future.

We have a rigorous process in order to select the best contractors and agencies to work with. We reviewed over 50 potential suppliers, narrowing this down to just 3 by checking their portfolios, asking them questions and looking at their previous work while inspecting the code. Ultimately we made our choice based of the skills, knowledge and reliability that Digtial Champ offered and we were happy with the outcome.

We gave the team a clear image of what we wanted, and they were able to build the code to accomplish it. Everything we asked of Digital Champ, they completed. We’re still using the work that they did, as we haven’t needed to make any adjustments to the Shopify site since. Their work speaks for itself—we’re looking forward to partnering with them again.

Faizan was always available over Skype and email, despite the time difference. We also stayed in touch over WhatsApp and FaceTime. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their speed stands out. Anything I asked for was completed straight away; there were hardly any delays. I’ve used several developers, and he’s been the quickest. Digital Champ was also timely in responding to my messages, which was one of the reasons I decided to work with them again. I knew I could trust them to provide great service.

Digital Champ can be very persistent, in both negative and positive ways. Sometimes, they reach out several times before I have the chance to respond.

Digital Champ followed directions. Faizan started off with his own sheets that looked great, but our team lead asked him to use our code. It’s always harder to use someone else’s code but he was able to make it work and finish the job.

We mainly communicated through Skype and e-mail. He made timelines and completed his work on time. Faizan did a great job managing his tasks.

Digital Champ did a quality job. From start to finish, Digital Champ was very capable.

No, I’m happy with everything that Faizan did. It’s not fun for any developer to come in and use someone else’s code completely. He had to use the tools and code that we had, which I’m sure was tough.

He was very responsive, even though there was a time difference. We communicated via email and Skype and when I needed an answer, he would get back to me within 24 hours. He completed every change request in a timely manner. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Faizan was professional and timely, which is why I’m going to work with him on future projects. He listened to me as his customer and also made suggestions about what decisions would help me achieve my goals. 

He delivered on exactly what I asked for and didn’t try to lead me in another direction. Additionally, he was very persistent, constantly checking in and asking me if I wanted to make any updates. I’m a happy customer.
