I am the Real Estate Manager at Matt Ward Homes. We are a real estate agency that allows customers to list, sell, buy, or rent houses in their locality. We provide our services in North and South Carolina.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Caterpillars, and what were your goals?

Digital Caterpillars were hired to develop our website from the ground up with maximum usability, easy navigations, and our custom functionality.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was searching for website development on search engine and came across their website. They attracted me and I went on to call them to get quotes and get started on the project.

Our project details were very straightforward and we told Roy with all our requirements. He had us fill out a form and we got the work started. I wanted weekly updates on the website and we definitely got them. I was never led astray because they were very transparent.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project Manager and Developers Design Our website with great usability and awesome design. We wanted it to be completely customized according to our needs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? With our communication and few tweaks here and there, the end goal was achieved within no time and I was very satisfied with what I got from them. It fitted the requirements and their website maintenance was excellent.

Roy was a gem to work with. Never missed any call and made sure to call me to keep me posted whenever we had a call scheduled. They were professional in every manner even after the website was done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their pricing were the sole thing that leveraged my decision to hire them. I was in the market for website development and I found their pricing and services very appropriate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would recommend them to improve on their communications a little bit. I was happy with the communications but overall it could be improved by not having clients on the waiting lists.

I am the Managing Director at USA fashion. We are a company that sells apparel and clothing accessories to our customers. We have an online retail store and we are merchants of modern fashion.

We hired them for designing services. Since we are an apparel company, good designs were a very important aspect for us to attract our audience.

I found this company through Facebook ads and I contacted them after reading some really great reviews about them. I shared it with my peers and we decided to go ahead with them.

We were struggling to get our branding right. When we got it right, we struggled to stay true to it all while creating amazingly aesthetic designs for our apparel company. After hiring them, our struggles went from 100 to a bare minimum within a week. We had a back-and-forth conversation with their representative and discussed our needs in detail. What we got was more than satisfactory.

The team that I worked with was a project manager & Designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final designs were absolutely banged on what we expected so much that we asked them to redesign our logo. They were very honest with their work and their delivery was up to the mark.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between the team was amazing. The professionalism and the dedication towards the work they were doing for our website were really commendable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found them to be very detail-oriented and absolute professionals. Every design was given to me with an explanation of what that design portrayed for my company. I used their descriptions to explain the strategies to the higher-ups, who were also impressed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No comments or complaints from my side.
