How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Truly speaking I had no idea about app development,i had earlier worked with Digital aptech where in my previous company had sent some students for hiring/ interview at Digital aptech. The Quality of the students were very poor. And none of the students got selected in Digital aptech. This experience made me realise Digital Aptech is a quality driven enterprise thats why I went ahead with them for our app development.

A Project Manager were deployed,and every segment had engineers working in their respective fields.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The deliverables were on time and good overall. But certain Basic points were not taken into account till today. What I feel is when you are developing a app or a system,the basic structure of the app must answer all the important Questions.

What I mean by this is,in our app we are unable to get the details how many students enrolled in a particular batch,whose payment is pending,for all this basic information,the members associated with the project told me this is a new feature which needs monetary implications. And it is out of scope.

The scope of work which we dint had much idea about in the beginning , became clear as we moved forward and the app admin interface was shown to us. Here our experience was poor,where in every small adjustments accounted for additional cost.

The project was completed on time.That shows every thing regarding processes was on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Timely Delivery of the Project & Co operative staff.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, The Scope of Work was not properly defined during project start,for which we still suffering Today. As we had no prior knowledge of app development we were dependent on Digital Aptech regarding the basic needs of an app. Our Admin panel Development work is incomplete.we are unable to fetch important data sets from Admin access.

Digital Aptech bid on a project to design a Cell Phone game to assist with the marketing of one of our novels.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were the least expensive bidder and promised to create the art and graphics for us at a cheaper rate than competitors. They also provided a timeline of 6 months (as opposed to longer timelines from other bidders).

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I hired Digital Aptech for a 6-month project in 2019. After 4 months of payments, they completely ghosted me. It took months to get anyone to respond from them. When I finally did:

• They revealed they had intentionally under-bid the price to get my business.
• They refused to provide any kind of refund.
• They said I needed to pay them almost 20% more than the initial bid if I wanted them to complete the project as initially promised. Feeling trapped, I gave in. It has now been MORE than 2 YEARS since my project was supposed to be completed. I STILL do not have the project.
• I have had to pay significantly more money than the original contract.
• I am constantly promised that “we will give you an update next week” or “we will finish next week”, but I never get anything but more procrastination.

Don't know. They changed mid-product and their team refused to communicate with me or respond to my communications. The project manager ghosted me and I was only able to get responses by pestering the CEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The entire organization is a scam. They will underbid you, refuse refunds, demand more money, and NEVER give you a final result. The project has now been going on for more than 2 1/2 years and there is still no resolution to the project.

There is NOTHING positive about this company. They are complete liars and scam artists.

They could have actually kept their word and completed the project in time, not demanded thousands of dollars beyond the bid price, and not regularly ghosted me.
