I am product manager in the company. Its a bedding company in UK, which sells bedding products like duvets, towels and related products.

we hired the company for our website development. We wanted to give a latest look to our website plus there were many issues like speed , design , some website pages not working correctly. we wanted them to resolve all.

A friend suggested as he already used their services and he was quiet satisfied.

We had detailed meetings via google meetings with them regarding our needs. they understood our requirements regarding design and technical issues and resolved accordingly.

2 people from their team worked with us , a Facebook ads manager and a web developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After completion of the project , we have seen a good response from customers as we took feedback from customers regarding speed, design and web understanding. They did what we required.

our most communications were through google meetings, skype and emails. The best part was , they took our approval for any major changes as per our demand. 95 % of the work was delivered on time.

They were very responsible and they did what we exactly wanted. we liked the way they got our approval and satisfaction.
