We were looking for help developing an app.

DigiQB Solutions developed an Android application for government services. People use it to pay bills, receive notifications, and so on.

We’re working with their CEO and with the developers.

DigiQB Solutions was referred to me by a friend. I trusted him, so I didn’t look at other companies.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost was around $2,400. With the additional features we’re planning to build, the cost will be around $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with DigiQB around December 2019, and the project was completed around June 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re providing multiple services in one app, and people have given us good feedback. We have 180,000 downloads right now.

How did DigiQB Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

DigiQB Solutions has an experienced team, and everything went smoothly. They used Zoho for project management. They kept us constantly updated, and they let us know if something wouldn’t be finished on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work stood out to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re a good company, and they should expand their team.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

We worked on a fixed-cost basis, so the cost would remain the same even if the timeline was extended. I recommend that other clients do the same.

We searched for website developer in the market and we chose this vendor based on their design and technical skill

We have 2 to 3 phone calls and one personal visit to the DigiQB solutions office to discuss our objectives. they update the content related to our company's services and create all pages and contact forms too.

Mehul Rathod and his 2 developers and designer working on my website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Now our client most like the updated website, and they have a better understanding of our all services.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had a stand-up with their Mehul Rathod twice a week, and he communicated with the rest of the team. We used Slack for coordination and they worked well with my team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional and perfect site, which our client loved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I haven't noticed any difficulties so as of now they don't need any improvement.
