I am working at Dogwatch as their Project Manager. Dogwatch offer a full line of pet fences and dog training products.

We wanted them to handle digital marketing for our brand. Our goal was to attract new customers.

my professional circle had advised me to go for a professional company for my social media marketing needs and Diginsy’s name seemed to have a great reputation.

They provided us with some marketing tactics and plans. Then when I approved it they proved themselves by providing with awesome results.

A team of their marketing professionals were working with me. I was mostly connected with the Marketing Strategist and Customer Support Representative

The result was delivered to me within 3 months and everything was according to my liking.

I’m the present Assistant Vice President at a coworking and corporate company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Diginsy?

We enlisted the help of Diginsy to develop a serious app for real-life training. The app needed to fit many criteria, including the life-like visuals, ability for companies to sign up for subscription, ability to retain data for professional and individual use, and dynamic scenarios with robust interactions.

Diginsy outlined the steps in our project, explaining how we start from idea to distribution. We worked on the project for over 2 years - due to delays on our end with determining exactly how to create the app, but Diginsy remained flexible and understanding of our changes. We were able to produce a wonderful app that has already grasped the attention of decision makers in our industry.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Diginsy was the design and development shop for a completely new branded website for corporate content marketing. The team got the website running and handed it over to us.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I did a lot of research to find a great WordPress-focused development agency. Diginsy popped up in a lot of different websites, and I looked through their portfolio and found that they were working with a few companies that we were familiar with. So, we decided to give them a try after they come up with amazing designs during the RFP process. The team was really hands-on and great about asking questions that we didn’t think of.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I don’t know exactly how many people worked on the project in total. The project manager and lead developer acted as our primary points of contact throughout the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our previous website was in desperate need of an overhaul. It didn’t have an infinite scroll or an edge-to-edge screen—it was a dated design. The new site is responsive and looks great on mobile. The inclusion of social media feeds enhances and modernizes the UX. The hosted forms minimize the need to go a landing page in order to complete a form and the new demo fields allows users to input their email address straight to us. They were vital in streamlining calls to action on the site, which we appreciated.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They’re responsive and have the ability to build on WordPress efficiently. The site they built for us is beautiful and intuitive. Also, we had the specific requirement of keeping our URLs the same to not disturb our Google analytics, webpage tracking, or history. They did a great job completing the project while maintaining their integrity.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We designed the site internally, based on a previously conducted heuristic analysis. Once we engaged Diginsy, they provided valuable counsel and guidance before the designs were finalized. This included recommending implementation of industry standards and general improvements to the UX. Then, their team built the staging site and helped with the migration of existing content.

They hired an outside consultant to program an automated migration process. This saved us from having to copy and paste hundreds of pages into blank fields. Instead, we only had the responsibility of reviewing pages to ensure compliance with new guidelines and templates. Additionally, they integrated social feeds from LinkedIn and Twitter into our homepage, added hosted forms, and incorporated requested demo fields. Overall, the project was more extensive than the typical WordPress content site build.

They are good with everything so as a company I had a great experience working with them
