Employed DigiNimbus for outsourced backlink work initially and expanded this all retainer clients. They have done this work ongoing for the last couple of years and send me reports every month. I've also subcontracted out some of my development work where the work was repetitive and time consuming as I tend to do design and layout work myself.I've k been happy with this work and it's helped me speed up my development process as a 1 man band.

Domain authorities increased and further improved my on-page SEO work. Sites they helped to develop have been good and work well with happy clients.

Somesh is very good at keeping in touch using Skype and WhatsApp and happy to jump on Zoom calls to keep the projects moving forward.

Can sometimes get things done a little too quickly with the development work, but it is probably also my lack of organisation and project management that has not helped this aspect as I know their team want to get on with the work.

We got some clients who are launching a new footwear line and needed a full-service digital marketing agency to take the lead. They focused on email marketing and social media advertising. By doing this, we hoped to drive sales for our new product and improve the conversion rate on our emails.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for digital marketing agencies in our area and shortlisted 5. After interviewing them, we chose this company based on their past clients and cost estimate.

First, we went through a discovery phase to share our branding materials and go over our goals for the campaign. They then put together a 2-part digital strategy, focusing on writing email blasts and Instagram ads. They integrated our MailChimp account into HubSpot so that we could track open and click-through rates. They also made sure that our Instagram ads had clear calls to action.

We worked with an account manager, a social media marketer, and an email marketer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The email campaigns were very successful. We had an 80% open rate, which was the highest we'd ever seen, and a 73% click-through rate. The emails and Instagram ads combined resulted in $100,000 in shoe sales within the first 4 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had in-person meetings twice a month to go over our campaign performance and used email to communicate. Whenever we had a question about something, they were responsive to our needs.

They're a one-stop-shop for all of our digital marketing needs, especially outbound efforts. Every time we launch a new product line, we ask them for support.

They could have done more competitor research in the beginning, but their email marketing efforts were more than effective.

I was very happy with the outcome i got the optimised website for the business It is quick and efficient , i am not that techy personal though as compared to my competetors i feel confidant
