• Planning: The project manager and the team were helpful in understanding our requirements and objectives for the website, investigating the target market and rivals, and selecting the best platform and tools for the job. 
• Designing: After the planning phase was over, they produced a design foundation that was aesthetically pleasing, adaptable, and responsive across all platforms. 
• Development: Using the Shopify platform and tools, this step comprised creating the website and adding any features that were required, like shopping carts and payment gateways. It also involved making sure the website was search engine optimized and complied with all security and accessibility regulations. 
• Testing: The website was extensively tested after it was constructed to make sure that all of its features functioned as intended, that it loaded quickly, and that there were no issues.

They recommended a course of action to enhance our internet visibility. Subsequently, the platform was moved to Magento. In order to enhance the functionality and user experience of our platform, they also added third-party modules. They currently offer continuous upkeep and assistance.

We underwent a month-long migration to Magento thanks to their rapid efforts. They have enhanced the functioning of our platform with their work. Also, we've noticed a significant increase in our conversion rate and a 50% increase in revenue for two of our primary brands.

The project was a little slow at first, but it has picked up significantly and is currently moving along nicely. No matter the time of day or night, they always respond really quickly. Furthermore, their crew is well-informed and interacts effectively with us, resulting in a productive collaboration. We interact via Slack, WhatsApp, and Google Meet, and we organize our projects using YouTrack. In addition, we have emergency contacts at our disposal.

We handle a range of Shopify modernization projects, including creating landing pages, offering product bundles and discounts, and creating quizzes that will allow us to build new features depending on the responses of potential customers. Numerous implementations took place during this time, most of them had something to do with improving or implementing designs.

Our ultimate goal in our endeavors is to ensure our clients are satisfied. Enhancing and enhancing our client's conversion rate is the foundation for development. DigiMantra saved our very expensive website from a previous developer who failed to complete it to the standard we paid for. DigiMantra set up a system where my team could drop in tasks that we were unable to complete, due to our lack of time and/or knowledge, and they handled it. 

They were able to create quick landing pages for our fast-paced product offers. Digi Mantra actually designed and completed a brand new website from scratch for my other business, and made the entire experience so seamless that I will never ask another company to help. We threw a lot of problems at them and they handled every single issue and task. Every single one of them.
