Please describe your company and your position there.

Hi, I am Alex, and currently serving as a Marketing Manager at Garrison Real Estate. We provide our customers with a platform where they can search for properties on sale and rent nearby. It’s a hybrid platform and 90% of the deal is done online with the help of our 360 home tour feature on website.

We hired Difinity to avail their web development services since they had great packages and portfolio.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our goal was to get a website developed with great usability and awesome design. We wanted it to be completely customized according to our needs.

We had some requirements that needed to be fulfilled and we were so concerned about them as those requirements seemed difficult. Thanks to their expert developers and extremely talented designers that they provided us with the work that we weren’t expected. They recommended and added some more features to make our platfomr look more hybrid and we were so overwhelmed, seeing that.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main point of contact was their Websites Project Manager. However the person who took our project forward was the Sales and Support guy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The final website was amazing. It had everything that a good website requires to appear on search engines. Our website turned out to be a huge success because of the team!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The workflow between the team was amazing. The professionalism and the dedication towards the work they were doing for our website were really commendable. We communicated mostly on their own project management dashboard which I reall liked alot and it was all transparent and trackable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Difinity is the variety of creative services that they provide. Each and every service related to our business is provided by Difinity which makes them our go-to place. Also one most unique thing is that they don't use third party project management tools.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I feel like the communication of the team can get better. Although the team did their best to make improvements with time, I really appreciate that.
