Developly is a Shopify studio based in Dubai and Geneva. We design, build and grow Shopify stores for DTC brands, with conversion rate optimisation, site speed, paid media, AI visibility, and payments and chargebacks under one roof.
Most brands hire a designer, a developer, a CRO consultant and a media buyer separately. Each one optimises their own number and every handoff costs a week. We do all four as one small senior team, so one person owns the result.
What that looks like in practice:
- Moving the shipping cost onto the product page took a store from 265 to 578 orders on the same traffic (24,105 sessions each): +118% conversion.
- Keeping the buy button in reach on mobile: +31% in an A/B test.
- A theme rebuild cut JavaScript from 2.4 MB to 310 KB and Largest Contentful Paint from 4.1s to 1.2s.
Payments and chargebacks: we set up and manage a brand's own payment accounts (Shopify Payments, PayPal and local methods such as iDEAL) and handle disputes, with alerts that stop many chargebacks before they land and evidence answers for the rest. We have handled payments or disputes for 30+ brands. Around 90% of the disputes we handled were resolved in the brand's favour, counting both alerts that stopped them and evidence that won them. On one brand the chargeback rate went from 1.8% to 0.3%. We are not a payment processor and never hold funds. Past results do not guarantee yours.
