Please describe your company and your position there.

I was the HR Director. The company is a HR consultancy company.

For what projects/services did your company hire developio, and what were your goals?

We needed an easy to use portal for both the job seekers, client companies and our colleagues, with an easier searching capability and for a better tagging system.

SOLUTION

How did you select developio and what were the deciding factors?

Only the guessed/understood price-ratio factor were decision making points.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

It was a custom software development project. Backend: Laravel framework. Frontend: Vue Js. After a general understanding of our goals, the guys started with a technological and process-based specification.

We got a dedicated PM and 2 sr. developers were working with us all along the way.

1 PM, 2 sr. developers, occasionally: CEO

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They delivered 1 month before the estimated deadline.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They used JIRA. We were communicating via email and phones, such as by video calls on the status calls. They are cool, yet pretty serious when it comes to work and pushing the project forward. The whole work was from home office that didn't make any inconveniences.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They all the time provided more than the expectation or their promise. We've felt like VIP clients even though I know our project is not their biggest one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't mention any. I wish them to reach real international success.
