We’re very happy with the site. The design is simple, and it covers everything we need. The site’s brought me more clients.

We worked with Dev Centre House from March-May 2019. They still provide support when needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The booking system has helped us quite a bit, including the reduction of paid commissions each month. Users are happy with their experience on the app, and there are fewer mistakes in orders.

There has also been positive feedback with the ability to order throughout COVID-19. We’re quite satisfied.

The team did a good job delivering on time. Communication with them has been very easy.

Their experienced team worked closely with us, flexible and responsive to changes we requested. They quickly respond to fix any issues that arise or to point us to the right contact to have them fixed.

There is nothing I can point to that they should change.

We did a number of searches in the middle east and were not able to find the best company to hand, so we looked in Europe and found Dev Centre House based on a recommendation.

At some stage 13 people while different apps and websites getting built, but now there are 6 deduced developers assigned to us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Kurd Shopping has got to where we are today, where monthly 2million users using the Kurd Shopping website and apps, and that with help of the Dev Centre House team of developers. They delivered what requested. And now ongoing with a number of new features for our future app release.

Tools, they have us inside their Slack channel, and we see GitHub and ZenHub board of tasks which planed for each sprint.

They are very skilled. They have developers who speak a number of languages and some native people in Kurdish. They are very fast at delivering and really good with apps. For that reason, we are ranked the number one platform in Iraq and some other parts of the middle east.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, lower development costs. Prices are high because they are in Ireland and we are in Kurdistan Iraq.

We engaged with Dev Centre House as a hybris in-house software application development team to help further to build and refine our platform. Currently, we are deploying 18 DCH engineers in addition to our own in-house team.

They responded to our inquiry very efficiently and professionally. DCH also had a comprehensive understanding of our scoping process and how to help execute our thoroughly researched plan and set of interconnected functionalities a year in the making. Further, we did a comprehensive background check, including speaking to several of their past clients. All now turned ambassadors for DCH.

This cuts into our IP and DNA and cannot be addressed. Here too, DCH was outstanding. They fully understand client discretion and the need for tight NDAs. Ensuring there were strong walls between our project and the rest of the firm and accommodating our requirement that all engineers on our project needed to be full-time attached to us. To ensure we retained the military-grade level of confidentiality and encryption embedded in our DNA.
