The whole design and implementation of a unique trading platform suited to SIX Invest's requirements was included in the scope of work.  In order to comprehend our distinct business model and consumer expectations, Designpluz started by doing strategy and exploration sessions.  After that, they created an intuitive user interface and a strong backend that could manage portfolios, handle safe transactions, and integrate data in real time with financial systems.

Although we had an excellent overall experience with Designpluz, one aspect that may be improved is the early incorporation of more thorough scalability discussions.  Even though the platform works incredibly well, long-term planning would have been easier if there had been a clearer roadmap for future integrations and possible feature expansions from the beginning.  However, this was a tiny detail in an otherwise outstanding cooperation, and their adaptability and readiness to change later in the process more than made up for it.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The software has helped me improve processes in my business and reduce administrative work greatly by putting the timesheet responsibility on the employee rather than having my team chase them for their hours. In terms of hours reduced, we saw a 1–2 hour per day reduction in repetitive tasks of chasing timesheet confirmation from my employees.

Moreover, the timesheets are now much more accurate and consolidated into a single admin portal. Previously, I used hard copy timesheet books, and each employee would send me a photo of them. I needed to review the images and add them into my accounting software.
