The whole design and implementation of a unique trading platform suited to SIX Invest's requirements was included in the scope of work.  In order to comprehend our distinct business model and consumer expectations, Designpluz started by doing strategy and exploration sessions.  After that, they created an intuitive user interface and a strong backend that could manage portfolios, handle safe transactions, and integrate data in real time with financial systems.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SIX Invest was able to successfully launch and run its ethical investment services without experiencing any technological difficulties thanks to the project's very robust and effective trading platform.  Because of the software's user-friendly design, new users had a seamless onboarding process, which greatly increased engagement and retention.  Investors profited from a smooth interface that made responsible investing easier, and internal staff experienced quicker campaign management and simpler data tracking thanks to the unique admin dashboard.  All things considered, the platform's functionality, dependability, and user happiness amply illustrated the project's success and conformity to our corporate objectives.

During the whole development period, Designpluz showed outstanding project management.  They made sure every milestone was reached on time, kept lines of communication open, and gave frequent progress reports.  Deliverables were regularly turned in on schedule, frequently with time for internal review before moving on to the next stage.  The group was very receptive to our input, promptly adjusting to requirements modifications and providing well-considered suggestions when required.  We were reassured that our project was in competent hands from beginning to end because of their well-organized workflow and cooperative approach, which made the process seamless and transparent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability of Designpluz to combine technical know-how with a sincere comprehension of our objective was what most impressed us.  Instead of only concentrating on creating useful software, they took the time to comprehend the ethical investment market and turned that understanding into a platform that feels user-centered and purposeful.  At every turn, their attention to detail, design sense, and dedication to quality were apparent.  Additionally, their team managed to strike a unique mix between professionalism and creativity, guaranteeing that the finished product was not only aesthetically pleasing but also strategically in line with our objectives.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Designpluz could have done differently?

Although we had an excellent overall experience with Designpluz, one aspect that may be improved is the early incorporation of more thorough scalability discussions.  Even though the platform works incredibly well, long-term planning would have been easier if there had been a clearer roadmap for future integrations and possible feature expansions from the beginning.  However, this was a tiny detail in an otherwise outstanding cooperation, and their adaptability and readiness to change later in the process more than made up for it.

I'm the director of a company that provides skilled labor and maintenance services to the food and beverage packaging industry, helping major Australian brands address machinery complexity and workforce challenges.

What challenge were you trying to address with Designpluz?

I needed a mobile app for my team to start and stop shifts, as well as see their timesheets. It includes an admin portal that helps me manage staff, rosters, timesheets, shifts, and more.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Designpluz provided custom software development, including an Angular web portal, .NET RESTful API backend, and React Native mobile app uploaded to the iOS and Android stores. The team handled the project end-to-end, including workshopping and discovery, project planning, business analysis, UI/UX design, testing, ongoing support, and planning future phases of development.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a project manager.

I found them through a referral. I trusted Designpluz based on a previous project we worked on — my website design and development.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The software has helped me improve processes in my business and reduce administrative work greatly by putting the timesheet responsibility on the employee rather than having my team chase them for their hours. In terms of hours reduced, we saw a 1–2 hour per day reduction in repetitive tasks of chasing timesheet confirmation from my employees.

Moreover, the timesheets are now much more accurate and consolidated into a single admin portal. Previously, I used hard copy timesheet books, and each employee would send me a photo of them. I needed to review the images and add them into my accounting software.

How did Designpluz perform from a project management standpoint?

Designpluz had a great project management approach. I would call it structured, planned, transparent, and effective. We primarily communicated with the project manager via phone and email. They also did an online walkthrough of the UI designs and UAT environments.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Designpluz didn't just develop whatever I told them. They first understood my business requirements and suggested a digital solution that actually solved those issues rather than developing blindly. This greatly increased the value and ROI for my company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They managed the project extremely well. Overall, I was a very happy customer.
