I am Manager at Crazy Hoor online jewellery shopping website. It is a ecommerce portal for women jewellery.

We hired them for Ecommerce website development & digital marketing services. Our website is live/functional & monthly digital marketing goals are being achieved by Dench Infotech.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We checked their old development and marketing works before giving our project. Also basic system structure was shared with us about flow of website and marketing techniques.

Dench infotech gave us options of Wordpress, core PHP, Code ignitor, Magento & Laravel. We finalized with Laravel. It has vendor management, multi category, Payment gateway, offer system, user management etc We can do all settings from admin panel. In digital marketing SEO, SMO services are being provided. PPC is under process.

A Manager & 2 developers worked with us. Issue handling was done by Manager only. SEO executive worked with us for digital marketing scope.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Development work completed on time. Since last 6 months we also implemented some features according to us & they are also working fine. Digital marketing is also good, we can see result on our website.

We were continuously following up with Manager with direct call, whatsapp & emails. Development work was completed on time. Getting regular update on SEO, SMO services as well.

The team is very responsive. They took any problem as their own and they respond quickly. Hence quality work completed on time. Manager give suggestion how we can improve our business, even if they are not earning anything from us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They can improve junior marketing team. Company have much experience development team, but marketing executive could not express their expertise in starting. Later the Manager knowledge was extraordinary & he shared complete plans properly.

Project was managed with meetings with insurance companies technial teams & extra efforts taken by dench infotech team to complete task on time by regular follow-ups. We hired another company earlier, but response time of Dench Infotech was great.
