We were looking for a company that offers mobile application development, digital marketing, and social media marketing under one roof. We needed a mobile application for our therapy to reach more people who wanted treatment for their animals. We also needed a good team that specializes in blockchain development as we accept cryptocurrencies. We provide services in a very niche market, so we needed a team that understands our needs and undertakes the task of marketing our treatment procedure on Google.

Previously, we never tried any kind of social media marketing. We thought there was a good opportunity to start marketing and get the word out there about our treatment. We hired Dean InfoTech to help us in curating a mobile app, establish awareness about our mobile app and also gain social proof on different social media channels including Facebook and Instagram.

We collaborated with Dean Infotech to develop a mobile application including an iOS and Android version. We initiated the process with a discussion about the user experience. We also defined the buttons and the content layout in the app. We wanted a simple interface with intuitive functionality.

We also wanted to integrate a map in the app for easy navigation. Additionally, we also wanted them to provide us with the maintenance and marketing support.

The team researched where we could make the biggest impact. They met with our leadership team, went through the scope of our project in detail, and came up with an advertising plan that included everything we are looking for. The expert recommendations for ranking on Google and maximizing our reach were quite appreciable.

They also perform SEO work and helped our veterinary practice rank higher up in the Google searches. To generate awareness, they helped us with organic social media posts, which were engaging for our targeted audience and helped us to grow a community around the app.

Overall, we are 100% satisfied with their work. They have been offering quality services, meeting our requirements, and performing up to our expectations. In two months, they have quadrupled our qualified inbound leads, maximized our number of followers, and provided expert guidance that helped us throughout the process. The app is working smoothly and the interface is exactly what we were looking forward to. We can only give the highest accolades to their work.

They leverage a dedicated account manager, which has been effective in tracking the status of different tasks. Their work style includes working in two-week sprints followed by QA and approval. That’s been really helpful and we work well together as we implement changes into the app. We had meetings over Google Meet and Zoom. During active development, we met every week.

They are an efficient and professional company. We have never had any issues with their web development, digital marketing and app development capabilities or understanding our requirements. It has been a positive experience overall. They always show up prepared, having sent the weekly insight beforehand. Their ability to meet our requirements on time has been truly impressive. Their knowledge of social media marketing is better than many companies. Moreover, the team has made recommendations that will save us money.

In the early days of our partnership, we encountered issues in data delivery and reporting. We believed there was an area for improvement. However, the issues were solved and the account manager stayed in touch throughout. No company is perfect, but I am really happy to work with the team of Dean InfoTech. We are completely satisfied with their work and would like to work with them again. They have gone above and beyond, responded on time, and have worked with us as per the contract.

A content calendar was devised for the next 04 months, that included all the target keywords for blogs, articles and press releases, and social media including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The keywords were set to rank our site organically using white hat SEO, through earned media, while digital marketing strategies were also simultaneously implemented.

The content writers all had more than five years of experience in developing SEO optimized content, that was unique and well-researched, with proper proximity and prominence of keywords. Blogs, articles and reviews were delivered to us on time, and reports were shared with us weekly about the performance of content.

We were able to improve our tanking on five keywords, from positions ranging from 17th to 5th. Our social media engagement was improved as we witnessed a positive buzz about our business in social media. Dean Infotech team monitored social media regularly to ensure that any user concerns were immediately addressed.

They were also very active on Quora Questions and Answers platform and thus ensured that we were mentioned in a positive way on all platforms. We were an increase of 53% in lead generation within four months, while our bottom line was improved by 29% in terms of ROI.

I wished they could be able to augment through business intelligence. and custom BI charts. They need to work on this. They should also consider having AI tools to speed up their workflows and gain valuable industry insights.

We started with several discussions about the user experience of our clients. As we have clients across the world, we mapped out how they would understand the description of our products. We also defined what buttons should be created to make the navigation easier.

After creating a whole blueprint for the development, we connected with the team of Dean InfoTech whenever required to determine what was doable for the platform. To grow the online presence of the company, we talked to the Accounts Manager at Dean InfoTech about the market we wanted to target.

The accounts manager worked closely with us to handle the brand voice and physical branding. They helped optimize our website with keywords, handled link building, and executed our project plan on a month-to-month basis. They also created a content calendar.

The UI/UX designer was replaced in the middle of the engagement, however, there was no hitch in the communication. Even the director of Dean InfoTech connects with us regularly. The account manager made sure there is no miscommunication within us. The team was also experienced, supportive and creative.

They were also giving ideas which we appreciated a lot.

We were extremely happy with the work of Dean InfoTech. They were able to provide a whole UI/UX blueprint that I could work with going forward. Even their work’s metrics are KPI-driven. There was a moderate increase in the organic search volume over time. We had launched the site and started at ground zero.

There was a good improvement in the overall design and branding. We can only give the highest accolades to their company, their work, and their execution.

The team members were very organized and easy to communicate with. This has helped us in keeping the project in the right direction. All of our communication was call or video-based. We had meetings over Google Meet and Zoom quite frequently. After every meeting, they would send the MOM (minutes of the meeting) detailing everything we had discussed.

The partnership was quite an education and they have guided us throughout the process. They updated us regularly about the progress. They respected our deadlines too.
