Our goals were to open an on-line store and have the general public have access to our products from the comfort of their own home.

We interviewed 3 different vendors and were impressed with their experience and the answers that they provided to our organization during that process.

They reviewed our products, set them up in categories, showed a mock up of what they would look like created headers that were easy to use for our customer base and allowed to make changes behind the scenes prior to us going live.

What was the team composition?

Our team consisted of our I.T. manager and a couple of support people. Their team internally was also 2 people that worked o this project for us.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We are now selling in a space that we were not selling before. The feedback has been positive and ease of use is another positive response that we have received from our customer base.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project was arranged with 1 face to face meeting and the balance was completed via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with how little guidance they required and only made suggestions to help make our site better.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It is early to tell, but we have seen a welcomed response from our readers. Our ad performance seems to have improved from a quality standpoint, and comments have been a big hit so far too.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Weekly at first, then daily when it was close to launch time. We scheduled calls regularly and also created a Sack Channel to collaborate more effectively.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were super responsive and helpful in problem-solving. We inherited the site from another company and there were a ton of surprises to deal with, and the team helped us through all of them. We also made some last minute shifts / changes that they were able to accommodate.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing that needs improving was on our end and our ability to plan ahead and effectively communicate requests in a timely manner.
