The foundation of our platform required the ability to pull patient data from a variety of sources—wearables, EHR systems, third-party labs—and interpret it through a smart engine that could identify trends, surface risks, and present this information in a user-friendly, contextual manner. Datazo delivered this with finesse. If we were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be to expand their dedicated QA resources earlier in the cycle. While the testing was thorough by release time, early-stage internal demos occasionally encountered minor UI inconsistencies that required iteration.

To their credit, once we flagged this, Datazo onboarded an additional QA lead who streamlined regression testing and significantly reduced our review cycles.

The most immediate outcome was the overwhelmingly positive reception from our community members, many of whom expressed that they had never had such clear, contextual insight into their health data. Where previously they saw numbers and charts, they now saw narratives that made sense and gave them actionable next steps.

Internally, our leadership and support staff noticed a significant reduction in the number of health-related queries we had to redirect elsewhere. The new platform enabled us to offer a self-guided, educational experience that still felt personal and trustworthy.

Initially, we shared with Datazo what we wanted in a software. We started on multiple mobile platforms. Now, we’re developing hybrid mobile apps in Flutter. On the desktop side, we use Angular and Node.js for the backend. For cloud service, we’re using AWS. Additionally, they’ve provided IT/cloud consulting services.
