By serving as a foundation, we enable operators to introduce cutting-edge innovations into the market that will improve people's lives by promoting greater social, digital, and financial inclusion. The goal of the biometrics project was to show mobile network operators how to use biometrics certification to increase asset security. We have a four-person tech team that focuses on producing new assets, but we don't have any developers on staff. 

There are still insufficient staff members to finish developing an application. To develop the app that would showcase the mobile biometrics solution, we collaborated with Datazo InfoTech. Even though the project was finished in January 2024, it took some time for the app stores to approve it. Before ending the project, Datazo patiently waited with us to ensure that the application was accepted.

Since the software was just introduced a month ago, it's difficult to assess its performance. However, a few of individuals have reached out to us and shown interest in getting together to find out more. Our main goal has been accomplished: mobile money providers and mobile network operators have taken notice of us. We have accomplished the first goal we set out to accomplish. The app's UI/UX was highly praised, and the fact that nobody encountered any problems was a very encouraging sign.

the project management was quite good. I am really happy with how they worked with us. I could always count on them to reply to my emails and Slack messages. They finished all of their assignments on time. We had sprint meetings at least once a week. We have access to a platform from Datazo that let us see every stage of each activity. Everything was arranged pretty well.

Since our company doesn't have a development team, we tried to create a virtual environment where they could work with us inside. We created folders and repositories on our servers where users could put all the materials, code, and documentation they created. But first, they developed on their end and uploaded the finished product to our website. 

I would have preferred it if they had functioned in our location consistently, even if it wasn't too horrible. This would have allowed us to have more control over the code and made it easier for us to understand the steps and problems beforehand.

Those designs are currently being used by another company to construct our app. Determining if a user is a new or returning customer is one of the app's main features. Based on the information, it guides clients through a variety of client journeys.
