I am the operation manager of the Company. Our company develop NFT & Metaverse projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire DAPPCRAFT, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop a Decentraland experience for one of our projects. We don't have the specialised resources to do so.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We scoted a handful of vendors and asked them to bid. We chose Dappcraft beacuse we worked together previously and we were satisfied with the result.

• Develop a Decentraland space according to the given design concept and elements.
• Develop a Decentraland wearable collection and the subsequent deployment.

two. Anastasia and Dimitry. Anastasia is the project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are generally very satisfied with the process and the outcome.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We used instant message apps for most of the communications. They were shocasing design and 3d models according to the timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The design and 3D modeling team executed the project very well according to our inputs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be great if we could have more frequent status updates to keep visibility of the progress. It would also be great if technical limits and constraints of the DCL (including wearables) could be communicated more clearly and early in the project kick-off stage, so that we can plan ahead.

I'm the CEO of BR Capital, reponsible - among other things - for spreading our message about the power of a decentalized internet.

For what projects/services did your company hire DAPPCRAFT?

We are investor-builders and to show this we wanted to build an HQ in Decentraland that shares our views on decentralization. We had only a vague concept of this at the start.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

DAPPCRAFT took our vague initial ideas and made them real -- we've got a virtual HQ that is even better than we initially hoped, and is now ripe for further development, with a focus on engaging Decentraland visitors there.

We met around 4 or 5 times to share ideas and approve initial sketches. Then we got a tour of our HQ and gave final feedback, and now we're ready to share the results on social media.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Around four people: relationship manager as single point of contact between meetings, plus lead designer, lead artist, lead dev.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We never imagined that our HQ could create such an emotional response in the people we show it to. It is a surreal place that makes you think.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very regular and straightforward communications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of creativity and ideas they offered matched their technical ability.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think it went perfectly. I want to do more with our HQ now that it's built, so I hope that DAPPCRAFT will continue to deliver work to the same high standard.
