Nurture Plant is a full-grown plant selling web site and I am the director for this company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dael Technologies Private Ltd., and what were your goals?

We decided to make our online presence known. We were already doing our job in offline mode and we need an online presence to grow our e-commerce business. As a start-up, our budget was very low and we need a completely simple e-commerce website where we can sell our product. So, we found Dael Technologies through random selection via online checking.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found lot's of company but Dael team was exceptional. Before deciding to hire them they called me twice and understand my thought and after that they direct made proposal and also sent me a mockup design. After checking this I really stunt. They just copy my voice into design. Really great team.

We had a kick of meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered the mock-ups and also wire frames of our site. After few iterations, their designed and developed an eCommerce web site using WordPress/Woo Commerce. They updated the content and to reflect our company services.

They are 5 people and doing great design with using cutting edge technology.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website we got massive response. Our customers like the website.

We had a daily stand-up meeting with the company project manager. Also, they use Slack to communicate with us daily basis and also share us update. They are very good and maintain the deadline as mentioned.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us easy to use professional web site and also very low budget and maintenance.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have strong skills and communication. They have the prudence to hear the client's voice.
