Cybertrunk Infotech Pvt.Ltd to help us develop a website for selling Beauty & Cosmetics online. We had too much demand and our developers were overwhelmed so we subcontracted with Cybertrunk Infotech

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The portfolio of Cybertrunk Infotech was very good. They were very professional. They were concerned, interested in the project. Their value for money was excellent.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team provided mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed a wordpress like site with igniter code that allows for easy modification of the site while still allowing for easy Beauty & Cosmetics sales.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two (2) people work with us. The CEO( Bipal S.), and the Project Manger (Chandra S.N.)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The result was a beautiful, smooth and fast site. Where customers can buy Beauty and Cosmetics easily.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used What app and email to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They agreed to all the changes. They were understanding and patient when we asked for changes. They were very quick to make the changes. Their price was very affordable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched, the website had some minor bugs. We let them know, and they quickly fixed the problems.
