They have done a great job by increasing our sale by 40% in last 2 months. Even organically the orders has started with the SEO strategy they have used. That what from our side beacuse we are still working with them.

When It comes to delivery we faced some chalanges in the start of the project but after the SOW is defined they are on time and deliver everything on time. Also, the response time is under half n hour.

Cuneiform Consulting has worked on a lead generation strategy using email, phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp. They always confirm things with us when they come up with a new idea, and once we give them the green light, Cuneiform Consulting's team executes it — we provide details and the course content, and they take care of the rest. Their team also helps us with any changes we may need.

Currently, they're also doing SEO and PPC strategies for us.

How did Cuneiform Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is great, and that’s why we’ve continued to work with them. They respond immediately and nicely, and they always have a proper solution for any question we may have. They also come up with new ideas and are great at digital marketing.

We started the project by communicating mainly over phone calls, and later on, they started using email to send over updates and reports. We also use phone calls to discuss strategies and project status.

They’re doing very nice SEO work. Their social media marketing skills are also great.

They could focus more on the design concepts and content.

So yes, it did take sometime and we missed some deliverables. However, the outcome was quite satisfying and the project was successful.

It was very much comfortable since both the POCs were accommodative and they were always ready to implement the changes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The way they balance, communicate and are open to suggestions is something very impressive as well help in working with people makes easy.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

May be some time management since we are in two different countries. Just sometimes it gets little difficult since we need to wait a little. However, manageable.
