How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I already obtained a Squarespace site and template. I told the intake I needed help resizing files and filling in the 3xisting spaces.

This was a was a very simple job. Resizing my older video and pront to meet Squarespace requirements.

Big promise up front. Said they could have the site up and running in 24 hrs

Nothing positive that was unique or impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly responding to requests from me. Not giving undeliverable email address. Not saying that because of the price I shouldn't worry about it.
