I am a freelancer entrepreneur working in IT industry and doing website development and Mobile application development in India. I am also working as Corporate Professional Trainer in Information Technology field.

We needed a nice and professional website designed for services I am providing and also needed a customer portal to communicate with our customers and keep records for it in back end.

What were your goals for this project?

A nice professional looking website and also a login based customer portal where my customers can login and communicate with me regarding their ongoing work and discuss about their new requirements. They also can upload their documents etc

We searched locally for reputed vendor and we found Crista Infotech. They had good infrastructure and professional staff as well as their portfolio was strong. Hence we selected Crista Infotech

Crista INfotech designed landing page of our website in photoshop and came back to us. We suggested some changes and they did it pretty quickly. We approved the design and they did rest of the pages. After that they started backend coding work. They also made login facility for administrator to manage website and for our customer to communicate with us regarding our ongoing projects.

What was the team composition?

One Team leader, two developers, one designer and one testing person. Team members worked at their time of role.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We got good design artwork from Crista Infotech that created great impact on our customers and over conversion ratio over inquiry on website was good. Due to user-friendly customer portal customers got good impression while we did their work and we got smooth workflow.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Product was done nicely and finished on time with all facilities you want. The website was quite effective and it was SEO ready and received many inquiries without efforts so I can say it was successful project for me.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication skills, politeness, knowledge, and skills were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not much; it was a good experience to work with them.

Its too early to quote figures, but definatly we are recieving positive feedback from regular clients and sales have picked up

Its was well planned in advances and met within the deadline.Their were lot of challenges ,but i really appriciate the efforts put forward by Crista Infotech team
