I am the owner of a web development firm that offers custom development per our clients’ requirement primarily using Sitecore.

We needed additional help with development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide us with extra staff support on the development end. They used .NET and Sitecore to create websites for our customers. We provide them a document and communicate the features we need to input, what is working, and how we need to do it. Their development fulfilled the requirements accordingly.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one developer.

How did you come to work with CreOwn Technologies?

We found them by searching online.

How much have you invested with them?

We prefer not to say, but it was definitely over $12,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together more than a year ago and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They are very clear and not focused on making money. If there are issues with their work, they understand and negotiate the price.

How did CreOwn Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We do the project management in-house. We communicate directly with the developer using Jira. Communication so far is great and we are happy with their ability to take directions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We do not work with them too often, but on the projects we worked together, there were no issues. I handle quality control, so I make sure everything suits the clients’ needs before they receive the final product. Working with the developer allowed us to take on different projects because of the skillsets they offer.

I recommend providing them a detailed list of instructions for them to follow.
