They set up and maintained CAQH profiles, prepared and submitted applications to multiple insurance carriers, and managed all follow-ups directly with the payers. What made a significant difference was their proactive approach, when insurers requested additional documentation, their team took care of it without pushing the responsibility back to us. They also introduced a more organized process for tracking application status and ensured that no submission was left unattended. By the end of the engagement, we had completed credentialing files, active enrollments with several major insurance networks, and a clear re-credentialing process for future use.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our providers were successfully credentialed within the expected timeframe, which allowed them to begin billing much earlier than in previous onboarding cycles. Internal administrative workload was reduced significantly since our staff no longer had to chase documentation or communicate repeatedly with payers. Overall, the onboarding process became much smoother and more predictable.
