I’m the founder of Pwani Peach Studio, a company that curates and manages pre-design-focused vacation sanctuaries across Kenya. We deliver vetted luxury stays with personalized local support and seamless guest experiences.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cradle Sofware?

We needed to design and develop a modern digital platform to showcase our properties, streamline booking inquiries, improve the overall customer experience, and strengthen our online presence. Our goal was to create a reliable, scalable solution that would support business growth while making it easier for guests to discover and engage with our accommodation offerings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cradle Sofware helped us create and launch our website. They worked with us to understand our business, showcase our properties professionally, and make it easy for potential guests to learn about our services and get in touch. Their work included building the website, organizing the content, ensuring it worked well on mobile phones and computers, and supporting us through the launch process. The final result was a professional online presence that better reflects our brand and helps us connect with customers.

Cradle Sofware was responsible for building the main sections of our website, including the property listings, photo galleries, contact and inquiry forms, and the pages that showcase our services and brand. They also ensured the website worked smoothly on both mobile devices and computers, making it easy for visitors to browse our properties, view photos, submit inquiries, and learn more about Pwani Peach Studio. Overall, they delivered a professional and user-friendly website that meets our business needs.

We worked together from May to June 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching the website, we saw a noticeable improvement in how easily potential clients could find and understand our services. We started receiving more direct inquiries through the website, and the overall quality of leads improved because visitors could clearly view our properties and get in touch quickly. Our online presence also became more professional, which helped build more trust with new customers and partners.

Although we didn’t have formal tracking tools in place to measure exact percentages before and after the launch, we clearly noticed an increase in direct inquiries coming through the website. The leads we received were more relevant and serious compared to before. Overall, the website made it much easier for potential clients to reach us and understand what we offer.

We also noticed positive feedback from customers who found the website easy to use and professional. Several clients mentioned that the photos and property information helped them make quicker decisions. We also saw an increase in repeat inquiries from people who had visited the site before, and overall better engagement from clients who were already familiar with our brand through the website.

How did Cradle Sofware perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered within the agreed budget. Although additional revisions and change requests extended work beyond the original timeline, Cradle Sofware remained responsive and continued supporting the project until everything was completed to our satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most about Cradle Sofware was the combination of creativity, speed, and genuine partnership. The team didn’t just complete the work we requested — they took the time to understand our goals and consistently suggested improvements that enhanced the final product.

Their design quality was exceptional, and they delivered updates much faster than we expected without compromising attention to detail. Communication was always clear, and they were proactive in keeping us informed throughout the project.

Another unique aspect was their willingness to share knowledge and educate us along the way. Rather than simply implementing changes, they explained best practices, introduced us to new tools and ideas, and helped us better understand how to manage and grow our digital presence. That level of transparency and commitment to client success is something we don’t often see.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there wasn’t much that needed improvement. The team was responsive, professional, and delivered high-quality work throughout the project.

If I had to suggest one area, it would be providing even more proactive updates during certain phases of development. While communication was always clear whenever we reached out, periodic progress updates could have given us additional visibility into ongoing work.

That said, this was a minor point and didn’t impact the success of the project. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience and would gladly work with Cradle Sofware again.
