I'm the owner of a beauty salon in Kochi. We work with clients related to skincare beauty and makeup assistance.

We wanted a website for our company to show our products and services in detail

How did you select Cpool Digital Learning and what were the deciding factors?

One of my friend suggested cpool because they had a good experience working with the company when creating a website for their business.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We discussed about the number of pages, content and the whole website look and suitable themes. After few meetings and discussion we finalized our theme. Cpool really helped us to add what type of pages and they designed a beautiful landing page which we are very proud of.

And the theme they selected for us was impressive. At every step of the design they have supported us solely.

In total, we worked with 3 members including one web designer , a graphic designer and SEO specialist

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The overall website look is perfect and we are getting many customers now. Lot of customers booking us through the website and this website really helping us to grow our business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was very good understanding. They worked on my idea deep down and researched along with us to get everything perfect. The designing team is amazing. They worked really hard to make my dream website

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they understand client requirements is really a thing to appreciate. I didn't have to explain a lot they got my idea quickly and we started discussing everything very detail. The team was supportive, ready to try anything to make what they were doing perfect.

I think that is rare when you got a team ready to go far with you to make everything perfect like they won't make you regret later

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They done everything so well I couldn't identify anything that they have to improve

Our website is outdated so i hire Cpool Digital Learning for design our website. They provide good service to us.

We looked for web designers by google. Then i get 10 proposal then i select Cpool because of there quick response, resonable price and experience.

After the meeting, we provide some sample sites of my competitors and i asked them to design my site entirely different and I give some suggestions. Then they design my site very beautifully

In total, we worked with 4 people: manager, designer, SEO specialist, and testing specialist.

They are very responsible and dedicated people. They design my site very beautifully. The traffic is increase 35% than before.

The manager was easy to communicate with and frequent progress reports. They responded very fastly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciated that they were patient and work very fast.

They could work very fast, but they have some improvement in SEO work.
