Couders builds custom AI systems for small and mid-sized companies. Every system is written for one company's actual process and connected to the tools that company already uses. We do not resell a chatbot licence and we do not deliver templates.

Most engagements start in the same place: a mailbox. Orders, enquiries, invoices, tenant reports and client questions arrive in one inbox, and somebody sorts them by hand before any real work begins. We build the layer that reads what comes in, routes it to the right case, answers what has already been answered and prepares the rest for a person to approve.

What we build

• Document and order processing. Reading invoices, delivery notes, RFQs and forms, assigning them to the right record and preparing the entry for approval.
• Inbox and request routing for firms with several locations, departments or systems.
• Voice agents that answer calls outside office hours, take the caller's details and write them into the calendar or system you already use.
• Knowledge agents that answer recurring internal and client questions from your own documentation instead of from a generic model.
• Monitoring agents that watch public sources and alert your team when something matches your criteria.

Sectors we focus on: accounting and fiduciary offices, real estate and property management, private healthcare, logistics, trade and manufacturing.

How we work

• Fully remote delivery. No site visits, no hardware, no sensors.
• One fixed price per implementation, agreed in writing before the work starts. No retainer and no monthly fee to Couders.
• You pay the model and infrastructure providers directly, at their cost. We take no margin on usage.
• The code belongs to you.
• One month of corrections after delivery is included in the price.
• Staged payments, a data processing agreement, and a human approval step wherever a decision has consequences.
