Corviable needs to expand their support team to meet their high demand because hold times are sometimes long when calling or chatting with them online but as an active client I find it easier to chat with just my delegated team members anyway which is a lot faster and easier.

Occasionally, I have experienced longer than desired hold times when contacting support, which can be a minor inconvenience. Addressing this aspect would undoubtedly enhance the customer experience and further solidify their reputation for excellence.

They developed a service plan and explained it in detail for better understanding and approval prior to proceeding. They fulfilled and continue to fulfill all of the promised and requested services with efficiency and professionalism. They connected us with manufacturers for our product line, attended all of the meetings with us to discuss our plans accordingly, established a partnership between our business and the manufacturer, initiated the NDAs and protection agreements, provided strategy and assistance with our rebrand and restructure, initiated a clear marketing campaign, and increased our productivity.

Corviable is able to fulfill everything that we need for our business and never charges us anything extra in addition to our annual service fee. They stick to their word 100% and are transparent in everything they do. They are the most reliable service provider we've ever worked with.

I would say Corviable needs to expand their team and operations to limit their wait times for responses when it comes to general support. We've referred several other businesses who had to wait almost 2 days for a response after completing their form online to request a consultation. That's the only area for improvement we believe is necessary.
