Corner Case Technologies were responsible for developing front end applications mostly, to some extent supported some back end development activities.

What were your goals for this project?

Start with MVP, and scale it later to full solution.

Recommendations.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Development according to wireframes, in some cases doing analysis and preparing own wireframe suggestions, QA, project management, preparing part of training materials for end-users.

What was the team composition?

Independent team for GUI part: 1 project manager, 2 developers (backend/frontend for GUI part), some oversight from senior one. 2 java part-time developers for our back end solution, but within our technical supervision.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

MVP was launch, and now is being upgraded/scaled to meet new customer needs.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

There was one main PM as a reference contact. Delivery was arranged in iterations. Issues and delays usual as in any other project :)

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're very customer-oriented. May do extra hours if needed, come with new propositions, or managers to get extra required competencies on a need basis.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Good for small\medium sized projects. However, they might need external support when scaling to enterprise-level projects, with more sustainable environment management, configuration control, QA management etc processes.

myHelper is a Lithuanian platform for on-demand home services. We connect independent cleaners with people looking to get their homes cleaned. I am the CPO and co-founder.

We worked with Corner Case Technologies to build a web-based platform from scratch.

What were your goals for this project?

To create a user-friendly platform for cleaners to manage their bookings and for clients to order home services.

We had a few initial meetings with the CC team and discussed the project in detail and the challenges ahead. We then worked on the project in phases: 1. Design prototyping 2. Development 3. Testing 4. Deployment

What was the team composition?

Project manager as the primary point of contact, designer and lead developer as a single point of contact for the rest of the developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was completed according to our specifications and we are very satisfied with the result.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We collaborated using Slack and had weekly calls, this was super effective and worked really well for us. We worked with 2 project managers, both of which were super competent and always reachable.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their outstanding customer service, the quality of their work, and great project management stood out.

Nothing I can think of.
