I’m the CMO of a company that connects social media sellers with customers by providing a professional online marketplace where they can easily create stores, showcase products, and sell with trust and convenience.

What challenge were you trying to address with Core JSC?

We needed to design and develop a professional e-commerce marketplace where multiple social media sellers could create their own stores, showcase products, and manage customer orders efficiently.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Core JSC has handled the full development of our e-commerce marketplace, including UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, database setup, and integration of payment and order management systems. The main deliverables have been a fully functional multi-vendor platform, an easy-to-use seller dashboard, and a smooth shopping experience for customers.

What is the team composition?

Although I don’t know the exact number of teammates assigned to the project, Core JSC has provided all the expertise needed to successfully handle the project.

How did you come to work with Core JSC?

I got to know Core JSC through their previous work and a referral. I chose them because their previous work demonstrated high quality and professionalism, and the referral I received highlighted their reliability and strong expertise compared to other options.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Core JSC in June 2024, and the project is still ongoing. We plan to continue working with them for the long term as we’re gradually expanding the features and improving the marketplace over time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes of our project with Core JSC have included the successful launch of our e-commerce marketplace, a smooth onboarding process for multiple sellers, and the first wave of customer transactions completed without issues. These milestones have clearly demonstrated progress and success. Although the specific numbers are confidential, I can say that both seller onboarding and customer transactions have exceeded our expectations and clearly reflect the project’s success.

Moreover, we’ve received positive feedback from early users, and both sellers and customers have been able to use the marketplace without technical issues. Our main benchmarks have been usability, stability, and user satisfaction, all of which Core JSC has successfully achieved.

How did Core JSC perform from a project management standpoint?

Core JSC’s project management has been highly professional and well-structured. They’ve maintained clear communication, provided regular updates, and kept the project on track. Moreover, they’ve delivered on time according to the agreed schedule. Our primary form of communication has been through online meetings and messaging platforms such as Zoom and Slack, which have allowed us to stay aligned and address project updates efficiently.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I’ve found most impressive about working with Core JSC has been their ability to deeply understand my vision for the marketplace and translate it into a practical solution. Their combination of technical expertise, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to the project has made the collaboration unique.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Core JSC has been highly professional throughout the project and has even gone beyond the initial requirements. Therefore, I haven’t found anything they could have done better or differently.

One of the key outcomes has been delivering a fully functional prototype that showcases stores and products in an organized way, with an easy-to-use dashboard for order management. This experience has also highlighted the significant value that the website and app can bring to the project, which has led us to decide to further enhance and expand their features to maximize the benefits.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Core JSC around January 2025. Our project is ongoing, but it’s currently on hold while we focus on developing the technological part.

Moreover, the most valuable features for us have been the dashboard for order tracking, the integration with payment and delivery, and the search and filter system that helps customers find products quickly.
