Gene and Amanda share a passion for entrepreneurship and leadership development. Gene started his entrepreneurship journey in 2001 and successfully grew his online company from zero to $6 million in revenue in just three years. However, after losing everything in 2010, Gene rethought everything in his life and business. He started working with high-performing leaders to achieve even greater results, and his research into fast-growth companies has been featured in Forbes, Inc. Magazine, Business Insider, Success Magazine, YAHOO!, NBC, and Entrepreneur Magazine.
Since then, Gene has worked with founders and CEOs to create repeatable leadership development strategies that foster growth. On the other hand, Amanda brings the experience of running multiple multi-million dollar international companies and the ability to articulate the millennial’s state of mind to corporate executives from other generations. Her ability to engage and motivate millennials has driven demand for her consulting, workshops, and speeches through the world. Amanda is currently working with leaders of Fortune 500s and some of the most venerated privately held conglomerations as they look towards the future of their companies and how to best develop leaders and plan the line of corporate succession.
Amanda’s career pivot came during one of her speeches to millennials when a student suggested that she become a “Millennial Translator” because she understands millennials and corporate America. Gene and Amanda’s diverse experiences in entrepreneurship and leadership development make them a dynamic team. Together, they offer a unique perspective on how to unlock growth potentials for businesses and how to best engage and motivate millennial talent.
