We monitor each lead and inquiry that comes via the website, and we've noticed quantifiable increases in lead quality and volume over time.  The plan is clearly working, as evidenced by the steady increase in organic traffic and better engagement metrics.  Visibility has increased noticeably year over year, particularly for our core creative service areas.
