What challenge were you trying to address with Cool Print Arusha?

I approached them to redesign my website. I wanted a user-friendly website that would be different from other sites. The main part was the content; I didn’t want too much detail on the website, because most people don’t want to read a lot.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cool Print Arusha designed and developed my website. They used the old domain I had and came up with everything else. The team created wireframes and content, and I provided a few pictures. They’ve also designed t-shirts, logos, and other materials for me.

What is the team composition?

I have a main contact on their side. I’ve also worked with their managing director, who is very helpful and responsible.

How did you come to work with Cool Print Arusha?

A friend sent me their website, and I read about their company profile. I got in touch with them, and we negotiated on what they could do. We started the collaboration from there.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $700–$800.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Cool Print Arusha in November or December 2018. I believe the site went live in January 2019. They continue to consult about adding new things to the site. We’ve become friends, not just business partners, and I can call them whenever I need something. I’ve also recommended them to a few friends.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Cool Print Arusha did a good job building a wonderful, modern website. They’re polite and professional. They know what the client wants, and they can turn an idea into reality quickly. 

How did Cool Print Arusha perform from a project management standpoint?

I usually had meetings at their office, and we also used phone, email, and WhatsApp to get in touch. They were very helpful whenever I needed anything from them. My contact on their side was very fast, replied to all of my questions, and gave me useful suggestions. It was a two-way collaboration, unlike with other website developers. They were very flexible about working together.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been impressed by their high level of professionalism when it comes to website development. They know what they’re doing, and they have a very good standard of work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re in touch with market needs and what clients are looking for, so I don’t know what I could suggest for them to improve. They’ve done a very good job so far.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I’d tell clients to trust Cool Print Arusha, bring their ideas to them, work with them, and be patient.
